Rubbish fraud company
Review over Rent A CarThey will charge for damages you didn't do , they will not pick up 0800 number or give any information where u need to drop the car but after they will charge u for extra days.
I had replacement car from touring they will say car is good and if u didn't see little tinny scratches u are in trouble because rent a car will charge crazy amounts also we returned car clean and full tank and still rent a car said car is dirty and charge us extra.
Stay away from this rent a car Enterprise company from Tongeren.

Review over Rent A CarI have received the replacement car from touring and they gave me rent a car ,
This car locked itself while key was inside I called touring to know if I could come and pick up spare key or they could cover this under insurance. Touring told me if it's not urgent I can wait and they will let me know as car was parked at home and informed then that car is in parking at home i said it's not urgent.
Next morning someone come force the door to open the car with wire and damage the door also all that without asking or even knocking at door to ask permission out neighbor informed us someone is opening the door or our car so my son goes out and guy already took the key (less than 5 minutes everything was done )
Without my permission or knowledge
Now rent a car is sending me bill of 240 euro and after few emails they send threatening mails like they will send debt collector.
I have no choice but to pay as there behavior is like mafia .
If u want a peace of mind never take car from this company.
